In 1971 the former cow sheds at Kensham Farm were converted into grainstores and in 2012 we installed 30kw of PV solar panels on two of the farm buildings.  

 

We converted some of our former farm buildings at Watercroft Farm into craft and light industrial workshops in 1988 and now provide workshop or storage facilities for around 15 local businesses.​ This has been a great success as it provides employment opportunities in our rural community and supports our farming activities in times when the grain price is under pressure from weather or international market fluctuations.

We also provide sites for radio aerial masts close to the adjoining M40 motorway and have converted former farm workers cottages into flats, let to tenants who work elsewhere.
